The Challenge

As a long-term managed service client, American Charities and Nicholas Creative recognized the need to transition to a new platform and redesign the site to meet their growing needs. Some challenges that needed to be addressed were:

  • Outdated Platform: Their previous platform was approaching end-of-life in 2025, making it imperative to transition to a platform that would serve their needs beyond 2024.
  • Limited Marketing Capabilities: The original site, built a decade ago, lacked some modern marketing features, hindering the organization's ability to create engaging blogs and landing pages that their competitors were already utilizing.
